Order Processing & Modifications

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 12–24 hours after successful payment.
  • If you wish to cancel an order, change the shipping address, or modify order details, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Requests submitted after 12 hours cannot be guaranteed and may be rejected if the order has already entered processing or shipment.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or intercepted.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Tracking information is provided once the order is shipped.
  • Delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, peak seasons, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control do not qualify as grounds for chargebacks or disputes.

Returns & Refunds

2. Customer-Initiated Returns

  • Returns due to personal reasons (including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect order, or no longer needed) are accepted only if:
  • The item is unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customers must contact our support team to obtain authorization and a return address before sending any items back.

Non-Refundable Situations
